RBI E-NEWSLETTER SIGN-UP PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. These terms & conditions constitute the rules of entry for the RBI E-newsletter Sign-up promotion
  2. This competition commences on the 21st April January 2008 and ends close of business 30th October 2008.
  3. Entry is open to all entrants who submit a valid email to receive one of eligible e-newsletters by completing an entry form and returning it to Reed Business Information by the closing date.
  4. The promoter is Reed Business Information, ACN 132 719 861 ABN 80 132 719 861.
  5. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  6. The first 8 entries drawn will each win a Prepaid Visa Card valued at $250. (Prices of products are correct at the time of printing and these prices are subject to change). Total prize pool is $2000.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
  8. The prizes are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
  9. The draw will take place on Wednesday 12th November at 11:00am at Reed Business Information, Tower 2, 475 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW 2067. The winners will be contacted by telephone and in writing. Winners will be advertised in The Australian on 26th November 2008.
  10. In the event of the prize being unclaimed, a secondary prize draw will be held on Wednesday 11th February 2009 at 11:00am at Reed Business Information, Tower 2, 475 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW 2067. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail.
  11. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All orders will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrant's name and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
